FL Virtual would like to meet w/an engineer regarding v7 player. They've had a long standing support issue that didn't get handled for over a month and now that T3 is involved, no one can replicate the problem (though it still happens). They need some TLC from us and a mtg with an SE to discuss v7 would go a long way. Thank you!
